Your journey to better health starts with 5 simple steps

Step 1:

Your food diary. To get a clear sense of your eating patterns, you will be asked to keep a diary of all the foods you eat for 5 days.

Step 2:

Your health evaluation. Dr. Shmukler and his staff will gather your health history and perform a complete exam.

Step 3:

Your analysis. Dr. Shmukler will thoroughly analyze your health history and food diary, as well as your weight loss and overall health goals.

Step 4:

Your customized plan. Dr. Shmukler will develop a nutrition and exercise plan that is customized to your individual needs and goals.

Step 5:

Your partnership. We’ll chart your progress and be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
